Exit Sign Threat: The exit sign pointing to the stairwell at the end of the hall to the left of the elevator reads "DIE" instead of "EXIT".
Falling Painting: The right-hand painting at the end of the hall to the left of the elevator past Room 13 will fall when approached, landing on the desk and then collapsing to the floor.
Exposed Rosary: The carpet at the very end of the hall to the right of the elevator will be lifted up, exposing the floorboards underneath as well as a rosary.
Window Ghost: The silhouette of a girl appears pressed up against the window at the end of the hall on the right of the elevator. She will occasionally knock loudly, although she does not move to do so.
Stairwell Ghost: An upside-down silhouette appears at the window looking into the stairwell exit to the left of the elevator, across from Room 13.
Knocking sound: While passing next to Room 17, there is a knocking sound.
Pentagram on the door: there is a drawn pentagram over the door of Room 17.
