Fallout 3 is a post-apocalyptic computer and console semi-open-ended, action role-playing game, developed and published by Bethesda Softworks and is the third installment in the Fallout Series and a sequel to Fallout and Fallout 2. It is based in Washington, part of Maryland and part of Virginia in the year 2277, 200 years after the world was nuked after the Great War. The main character in the game is called "The Lone Wanderer". The character can be fully customized at almost anytime, starting with at the beginning of the game, and then being an ability from various NPC's.
