Final Fantasy X-2 is a PlayStation 2 game published by SquareSoft (now Square Enix). It is the sequel to Final Fantasy X, making it the first official sequel to any other main title game in the series (although some would argue that Final Fantasy and Final Fantasy IX take place on the same planet, and it was later retconned that Final Fantasy X was a distant prequel to Final Fantasy VII. It is rated T for violence and suggestive themes.
It was later re-released alongside Final Fantasy X under the title Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster for the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, and PlayStation Vita.
