Jade Rabbits are an animal exhibit in the smartphone app, Disco Zoo. They serve as the sixth biome, the Moon's mythical creature. Once you obtain your first Jade Rabbit, it will take your construction workers 24 real time hours to finish the exhibit.
At maximum level, 25 Jade Rabbits will stay awake for 11 hours and will net you 17,160 coins (26 coins per minute).

The Jade Rabbit is based upon the Chinese folklore of a moon rabbit. This stems from a case of pareidolia where Asian cultures see the shape of a rabbit in the moon, whereas people in America and other locations might see a face (referred to as the "Man in the Moon"). While originally Chinese, the myth spread to other Asian cultures over time such as Japan and Korea. The rabbit is portrayed as being made of jade as a further allusion to ancient Chinese culture.
