Robin, also known as "mom", is Ron's mother and the wife of his father Bruce. Of the two, she is the only parent who deeply cares about her son and his health, but since she has to take care of her child and her alcoholic husband, she needs to work for many hours. This causes her to even come home late for her son's birthday. Possibly due to the stress of her physically and emotionally abusive home life she is notably forgetful or absent-minded. She is known to come up with excuses when necessary, such as the time she forgot to buy a present for Ron: In this instance she told him about an individual called "Mr. Redface", would arrive to lay presents under childrens' pillows on their birthdays should they go to sleep early. Because of Ron's impressionable age of 4, he believes what his mother says, leading to the events of the game.
